Military-eligible citizens must be registered with the military accounting office. If you reside away from your registered address, it is advisable to register at your actual place of residence to avoid problems with summons.

This was explained by lawyer Yuri Ayvazyan on the "Yuristi.UA" portal. He clarified that a summons can be sent to the registered address even if the person actually lives in a different location.

This may complicate the process of undergoing the military medical commission (MMC) and fulfilling other obligations at the territorial recruitment center (TRC).

"You must appear at the TRC that issued the summons," Ayvazyan emphasized.

To prevent such situations, the lawyer advises military-eligible individuals to register at the TRC based on their actual place of residence. However, if a summons has still arrived at the registered address, it is necessary to contact the appropriate recruitment center and clarify the procedure for further actions.

We remind you that the military medical commission can be passed not at the registered address. Generally, the TRC where the citizen is registered issues the referral for the MMC.

According to lawyer Yuri Ayvazyan, to undergo the commission not at the place of registration, the citizen must first change their TRC.

He also emphasized that there is no need to wait for a summons in such cases. The citizen can independently initiate this process by contacting the relevant recruitment center.
