An advertisement for the sale of a porcelain figurine from the USSR, titled "Dancing Ukrainian," has appeared on the website for Ukrainian collectors, Violity. Its price slightly exceeds the minimum wage in Ukraine as of 2025.

The author of the advertisement states that the figurine is in good condition, despite its age. No restoration work has been done on it either.

It is noted that the seller is located in the city of Zaporizhzhia and is willing to sell the porcelain figurine either in person or by mail.

The listed price is 8,650 hryvnias. It is worth mentioning that this amount slightly exceeds the minimum wage in Ukraine, which is 8,000 hryvnias as of January 1, 2025.

The figurine is being sold through electronic auctions, where the highest bidder will ultimately become the buyer.

As a reminder, earlier "Telegraph" reported that Christmas decorations from the USSR are being sold for 15,000 hryvnias on the Violity website. This refers to a Santa Claus ornament produced in 1959 and a Snow Maiden ornament made in 1960. Many of these items may just be lying around unused at home.
