Analysts conducted a study
As of the end of 2024, 37 laws passed by the members of the Ukrainian Parliament of the IX convocation are in a "pending" state, awaiting the signature of the President of Ukraine. Meanwhile, some of these enacted legislative acts have been on the President's desk since 2019.
This was reported by Movement CHESNO.
According to analysts' calculations, 1412 (or 95%) of the bills approved by the members of Parliament have received the President of Ukraine's signature.
At the same time, experts believe that some of the "stalled" laws may never receive the presidential signature, while others still have a chance to become laws.
Recall that during the five years of the work of the IX convocation of the Verkhovna Rada, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky exercised the right of veto 46 times.
