The President is confident: "We need to apply pressure on the aggressor that is strong enough to compel them to stop the terror and the war."
Зеленский прокомментировал воздушный удар российских войск по Украине.

The President is convinced: “We need a level of pressure on the aggressor that can compel them to cease their terror and war.”

On the evening of October 25, Russian war criminals launched aerial attacks on Kyiv using strike drones. Air raid alerts were issued in the capital three times over the evening and throughout the night, lasting a total of seven and a half hours, as reported by Kashtan NEWS.

As a result of the hostile shelling, apartments on the 17th to 21st floors of a 25-story residential building in the Solomianskyi district were damaged.

In his address, the President of Ukraine stated: “After everything said in Kazan (where the so-called BRICS summit took place.—Ed), Russian killers returned to their usual activities. This once again proves that aggression cannot be stopped by mere talks, but only by decisive actions to defend the state and the people against whom this war has been unleashed.”

“During the past evening and night, Russian forces struck Kyiv, Dnipro, Sumy region, Khmelnytskyi region, and other areas of our country. In Dnipro, one of Ukraine's most important hospitals – Mechnikov Hospital – and ordinary residential buildings were damaged. Unfortunately, three people lost their lives, including a child. In Kyiv, this Russian strike claimed the life of a girl – she was only 14 years old. My condolences to her family and loved ones. Many were injured in these attacks. All of them have received necessary assistance.”

According to the Head of State, this war has only one perpetrator – Moscow. The President is confident: “We need a level of pressure on the aggressor that can compel them to cease their terror and war. Reliable peace and security can only be achieved through strength and determination.”
