Official statement
Harry's attorney, David Sherborne, read a statement in court noting the following:
After discussions between the parties, at a hearing this Wednesday (22.01.2025), in the ongoing lawsuit related to this case, NGN offers "full and unequivocal apologies to the Duke of Sussex" for years of unlawful intrusion.
