The court has granted the lawsuit of the public association and ordered the Ministry of Culture to return the St. Nicholas Church in Kyiv to the Roman Catholic Church congregation.

The court accepted the claim and ruled to return the St. Nicholas Church building for the full use of the religious community of the Roman Catholic Church, the press service stated.
