Today, February 2, marks the 10th anniversary of the tragic car accident near the village of Lozovatka in the Kryvyi Rih district of Dnipropetrovsk region, which claimed the life of the renowned Ukrainian singer and leader of the band "Skryabin," Andriy Kuzmenko (Kuzma), as reported by UNN.
On February 2, 2015, a collision occurred on the 86th km of the Kryvyi Rih - Kirovohrad highway involving a Toyota Sequoia SUV driven by the singer and a GAZ-53 milk truck. Due to the injuries sustained, Andriy Kuzmenko died at the scene.
Kuzmenko was returning from Kryvyi Rih, where his band had performed a concert the day before.

Ukrainian colleagues from the music scene paid tribute to Kuzmenko's memory.
In particular, singer Natalia Mogilevska, who co-hosted the show "Shans" with him, dedicated a video to him that she posted on Instagram, adding: "I remember you like this...".
Singer Vitaliy Kozlovskyi also honored Kuzma's memory.
Trainer and TV presenter Anita Lutsenko shared a video on Instagram dancing to Kuzma's song, captioning it: "I often think about what if he were alive...".
In 2024, the film "I, Victory and Berlin" was released. The film is based on Kuzma Skryabin's novella of the same name - "I, 'Victory' and Berlin". It immerses viewers in the atmosphere of the 90s - the era of Kuzma's youth, with the iconic music of Skryabin adding a unique charm to the film.
