Men of conscription age in Ukraine during general mobilization may receive various types of summons. Each of these summons signifies a specific reason for calling them to the Territorial Recruitment Center.

"Telegraf" explains the different types of summons and which one is not issued during martial law. There are a total of four types.

It is important to note that not every summons indicates that the recipient will be sent to the front.

Summons for Data Verification

This type of summons is given to men to update their personal information at the Territorial Recruitment Center, including their marital status, employment, and whether they have children or not. Following the verification process, it may be determined that there are grounds for exempting the man from military service, for example, if he has a child.

Summons for a Medical Examination

This type of summons requires the man to undergo a medical examination. It must also include a medical examination card, which states whether he is fit for military service or not.

Summons for Compulsory Military Service (currently not issued)

This type of summons specifies the deadline by which the man must report to the enlistment office. It also notes that he must bring: a passport, military ID (temporary certificate) or certificate of registration with the enlistment office (for conscripts), as well as a service record card and mobilization order (if available).

Mobilization Order

These summons are issued to individuals who have passed the medical examination and have been deemed fit for military service. Generally, the mobilization order is issued when mobilization is announced. It contains information stating that the conscript must report to the enlistment office within 24 hours after the announcement of mobilization in the country.
