Rapper and entrepreneur Kanye West shared on Instagram a report from the valuation firm Eton Venture Services, stating that he has officially become a billionaire again, reports UNN citing NME.
“By 2025, Kanye's net worth is projected to reach $2.77 billion, as confirmed by Eton Venture Services. This valuation is based on his music portfolio and sole ownership of the Yeezy trademark,” the report states.
The estimated net worth of approximately £2.23 billion emerged after a significant financial blow in 2022 when his extensive partnership with Adidas was terminated.
According to Forbes, in October of the same year, Kanye lost his billionaire status as the deal's dissolution caused his wealth to drop from $2 billion (£1.3 billion) to $400 million (£348 million).
The previous valuation of the deal with Adidas was $1.5 billion (£1.31 billion), but it was abruptly ended due to a series of anti-Semitic remarks made by the rapper. These controversies also led to the termination of collaborations with other companies such as Def Jam, JP Morgan Chase, and Balenciaga, which condemned his statements.
