Family members of Nicole are concerned that the actress is suffering from burnout. Recently, Nicole Kidman has had a very busy schedule, promoting her latest films while also working on another project.
"Nicole and Keith have endured the toughest year of their lives; they barely spent time together, and she was alone during some of the most painful times," a source told Woman's Day.
Additionally, it has been reported that Keith Urban is considering canceling his tours to support his wife.
Currently, Nicole is in the U.S. filming the upcoming six-part crime series "Scarpetta." She has also attended numerous events promoting her latest film "The Girl," which will be released in December.
Throughout this hectic year, Nicole Kidman also managed to appear in the Netflix comedy about age differences, "A Family Affair."
In recent months, Nicole has filled her schedule with filming. She starred in the Netflix thriller "The Perfect Couple" and the second series of "Operation: Lioness."
