In Kryvyi Rih, 934 residential buildings were left without heating, along with eleven medical facilities, including Kryvyi Rih City Hospital No. 16, which has an inpatient department.
Additionally, 43 educational institutions and the Territorial Center for Social Services are also without heating, as reported on Facebook by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
Approximately 110,000 residents remain without heating, and it has been announced that the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development has instructed to prepare an emergency plan to restore heating in Kryvyi Rih.
Furthermore, an emergency meeting regarding the critical situation of the heating season was held on November 21.
The Ministry of Development emphasized that all services must operate as efficiently as possible to resolve the heating issue in the shortest time.
As a result of the Russian strike on Kryvyi Rih, the number of injured rose to 32 by the morning of November 22 due to the shelling from the previous day.
Two individuals are in serious condition, as reported in Telegram by the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul.
"The number of injured has increased to 32, including 2 children," the message states.
According to Vilkul, 12 people are currently in hospitals, among them one child.
"Two adults are in serious condition. All necessary assistance is being provided," Vilkul added.
