Скандал продолжается: Блейк Лайвли подала юридический иск против адвоката Балдони.

The scandal involving Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is escalating: the actress, along with her husband Ryan Reynolds, has filed a legal request against Baldoni's lawyer following the release of a video from the set of the film "Throw It If You Love It."

Reports UNN citing the Daily Mail.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds submitted an official legal request after Justin Baldoni's lawyer published a video showing the actress and director dancing on the film set of "Throw It If You Love It."

The video, released by the Daily Mail, showcases three takes of a dance scene between Lively and Baldoni, which allegedly indicates their normal relationship prior to the actress's claims of sexual harassment. Lively stated that the publication of this clip confirms her discomfort during the filming of the scene.

Together with her husband Reynolds, she has approached the court requesting a protective order against Baldoni's lawyers, accusing them of spreading false statements and conducting a "media harassment campaign."

According to reports, on Tuesday the couple filed a letter with the court urging the cessation of the "inappropriate behavior" of Baldoni's representatives. Lively and Reynolds claim that lawyer Brian Friedman is violating court rules that prohibit making public statements unrelated to the case that could influence jury impartiality. The release of the unedited video has particularly outraged them.

Meanwhile, sources close to Baldoni told DailyMail that imposing a non-disclosure order is "extremely unfair," considering that Justin has already suffered damage from a New York Times publication, which they say resulted in the loss of three work contracts and hundreds of millions of dollars.

Blake Lively's team asserts that the released video clearly shows Justin Baldoni repeatedly leaning towards the actress, attempting to kiss her, kissing her on the forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, flicking his thumb on her lips, caressing her, commenting on her scent, and engaging in conversation, which does not adhere to professional standards.

According to Lively's lawyers, each frame of the video supports her description in paragraph 48 of the complaint. It was also noted that none of the intimate scenes captured in the video were choreographed. Baldoni's actions, it is claimed, were improvised without prior discussion or consent, and without the presence of an intimacy coordinator.

The legal team also argues that Lively's distance from Baldoni in the scenes was not a performance but rather a reflection of her genuine discomfort, evidenced by her repeated requests for the characters to switch to normal conversation.

To remind

Following the serious accusations against star Blake Lively, Sony Pictures, the studio behind the film "Throw It If You Love It," released a statement accusing the director and her co-star Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and defamation against her.
