UNESCO has condemned the attack by the Russian Federation on the historic center of Odessa and plans to send a mission to Ukraine in the near future. This information comes from UNESCO Ukraine, as reported by UNN.
The organization stated that the repeated attacks must cease, emphasizing that the UNESCO team is already working on operational documentation of the damage incurred and is collaborating with Ukrainian authorities to determine priority response measures.
Furthermore, UNESCO will be dispatching a mission shortly.

As a result of the Russian missile attack, which targeted the "Historic Center of Odessa," listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, approximately 15 historic buildings in the center of Odessa have been damaged, with significant destruction inflicted on the "Bristol" hotel building.
