In Dnipro, a negligent mother faced legal action for her refusal to clean up.

The Samarsky District Court of Dnipro examined the case of a mother of many children who was negligent in fulfilling her parental duties. The woman disliked cleaning her apartment, forcing her children to live in unsanitary conditions.

The case regarding the careless mother reached the court; however, she did not appear at the hearing. This became known from the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

According to the case materials, the resident of Dnipro is the mother of three minor children. The woman systematically evades her parental responsibilities, fails to maintain cleanliness in the apartment, and allows unsanitary living conditions for her children.

Moreover, she has already come to the attention of the relevant authorities and has committed an offense again within a year after receiving an administrative penalty.

The woman was found guilty of an administrative offense under the article "Parents' evasion of their obligations under the law to ensure necessary living, learning, and upbringing conditions for minor and/or underage children."

The court ordered her to pay a fine of one hundred tax-exempt minimum incomes of citizens, which amounts to 1,700 hryvnias. Additionally, she must pay a court fee of 605 hryvnias to the state.

Previously, "Telegraf" reported that a couple in Odessa took their dispute to court over who should pay for their child's surgery. The woman requested the court to collect an additional amount of 67,959.50 hryvnias from her ex-husband for the child, but the respondent filed an appeal.
