Zelensky has sparked interest with the announcement of a comprehensive support package for Ukrainians.

Following today's news about the additional thousand hryvnias for teachers, Zelensky has once again intrigued Ukrainians with a comprehensive support package. Specifically, according to the President's statement, this will pertain to assistance for the population during the winter months.

Zelensky shared this information in his evening address. He mentioned that officials are currently preparing a winter support package for Ukrainians, which will be unveiled later this month.

According to the President's statement, funds for this assistance are available in the budget. However, Zelensky did not specify the exact amount in question. The announcement also highlights that the support is intended for individuals "working in Ukraine and for Ukraine."

This is not the first improvement announced by the Government and the President recently. On Friday, November 8, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal declared that starting January 2025, teachers will receive an additional monthly salary supplement of 1000 UAH. He stated that this decision is part of the support for educators who "teach and nurture our youth."

Additionally, recently, Volodymyr Zelensky announced that a new assistance program for families will commence on December 1 – one thousand hryvnias for each Ukrainian. This money can be spent on purchasing Ukrainian goods or paying for services.

As a reminder, earlier "Telegraph" reported that Ukrainians were surprised by Zelensky's announcement of distributing 1000 hryvnias. People reacted differently to the initiative from the head of state.
