Work schedule: one day on, three days off, with a payment of 300 hryvnias per day. All necessary conditions have been created for comfortable work. The concierge's room is equipped with a television, kettle, heater, private restroom with a washbasin, and a video surveillance system.

This position is suitable for candidates aged 45 and older. They are willing to hire individuals with disabilities, as well as retirees.

The responsibilities include monitoring visitors to the building, accepting messages for residents, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring the secure storage of keys to technical rooms.
