"Подарки" на миллионы и не только: журналисты узнали о жизни руководителей киевского метро (видео)

Journalists from Bihus.Info recently reported on the "murky" contracts entered into by Viktor Braginsky, the director of the KP "Kyiv Metro." Meanwhile, they have uncovered details about the financial situations of other leaders within the capital's metro system.

This is the subject of a new investigation by Bihus.Info. The journalists note that after law enforcement agencies (specifically, the National Police and NABU) began investigating Braginsky's "scheme," he fled. His business partner, Kirill Krivets, was suspected last year.

At the same time, Braginsky's former deputy, Dmitry Peklun, was found to be living in Kozyn near Kyiv, even though documents indicated that he had no registered residence, according to the investigation. Meanwhile, his wife purchased a 12-acre plot of land in 2020, which was declared to be worth 322,000 hryvnias.

Additionally, the journalists assert that the financial director of the municipal enterprise, Alexey Khaymenov, reported real estate valued in the millions of hryvnias in his declaration. He claimed it was a gift from relatives, while his mother-in-law owns an apartment directly opposite the main office of KP "Kyiv Metro."

According to the investigation, the value of such an apartment is at least two and a half million hryvnias.

The chief lawyer of the same municipal enterprise "Kyiv Metro," Vladimir Babenko, notably did not declare his wife or any real estate in his declaration.

As reported earlier by "Telegraph," Viktor Braginsky illegally left Ukraine based on a fake conclusion from a military medical commission.
