The "Reserve+" mobile app now allows users to apply for an electronic deferral from mobilization; however, there may be instances when it fails to work. This could happen due to an application error.
During a telethon, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko explained what to do in such situations. According to her, if a conscript already has an active deferral, a new one cannot be processed through "Reserve+".
Chernogorenko stated that this measure prevents duplicating data for the same individual in the registry.
To apply for a deferral, it is necessary to update the "Reserve+" app to version 1.4.3. If the relevant information about the individual is present in the registry of conscripts, the deferral will appear in the application.
If a person cannot find themselves in the registry due to errors in their last name, tax code, or other mistakes, they can contact the technical support for the "Reserve+" app. Chernogorenko added that the deferral from mobilization is valid for three months.
Previously, "Telegraf" reported on who will receive a deferral from mobilization in November. Those temporarily unfit for service cannot be mobilized.
