The situation in the Kursk region appears very unfavorable for the Russian command, and the occupiers are still unable to displace the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

This was reported by Ukrainian political scientist and AFU serviceman Kirill Sazonov, whose brigade has been fighting in the Kursk region since the early days of this operation, during a broadcast on Channel 24.

The military expert noted that one should approach reports from Western media about North Korea potentially sending new forces to assist Russia with skepticism, as they lack reliable sources; it is clear that no one from the North Korean dictator's headquarters is providing them with information.

"Russia is mobilizing people, recruiting for contracts, and gathering mercenaries from all over the world, not just from North Korea, recruiting as much as it can. As they say, it is fulfilling its plan to recruit about 30,000 people a month," stated Kirill Sazonov.

According to the military, we are "subtracting" a significant number of occupiers: there are rarely days when the AFU eliminates fewer than 1,500 occupiers daily, while the enemy suffers losses of 45,000 to 48,000 personnel each month, meaning we are depleting them faster than Russia can recruit new ones.

"And even now, they are redeploying reinforcements near Pokrovsk from Kurakhovo, from the direction where reinforcements used to come; there are not enough people," noted Kirill Sazonov.
