Russia has launched a massive attack on Kharkiv, firing 12 missiles at the city, leaving a significant part of it without heating.
This was reported on Telegram by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"This morning, Kharkiv experienced yet another mass missile attack targeting energy facilities. The enemy launched 12 missiles at the city, all aimed at our heating stations, our CHPs, and energy facilities," the mayor stated.
As a result of the strikes on the thermal energy facilities, a large portion of the city is without heating.
"Currently, four people have been injured. Additionally, this morning Kharkiv was attacked by several 'Shaheds,' damaging private residential homes," the mayor added.
It is known that special power outage schedules have been implemented in Kharkiv.

The Russians have heavily targeted Ukraine's energy infrastructure, leading to the implementation of power outage schedules across the country due to enemy shelling.

The number of casualties in Kharkiv due to Russian shelling has risen to six, according to the head of the OVA.
Hits were recorded in the Saltivskyi, Kyivskyi, and Nemishliansk districts of the city. In Kharkiv, a strike by a Russian 'Shahed' was confirmed in the private sector of the Osnovianskyi district, as reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
