This was reported by the governor of Smolensk Oblast, Vasily Anokhin, and the Telegram channel "Pул69".

Later, "Rosaviatsiya" reported that restrictions were imposed on flights at Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg due to the threat of drone attacks.
