In the former Vremivka direction, enemy advanced units have already begun combat in the southeastern part of Velyka Novosilka and are also breaking into the village from the southwest side.
Additionally, at the same time, enemy marine units have approached the northern outskirts of Velyka Novosilka from the side of Novo Komar, making it unlikely that there is any point in holding the southern part of the village "to the last." This was reported by military analyst and coordinator of the "Information Resistance" group, Konstantin Makhovets, on his Telegram channel here.
According to the military expert, for the complete elimination of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defense area in Velyka Novosilka, Russian occupiers will have to cross the Mokri Yaly River and also overcome the Kashlahach River, with enemy advanced units already positioned in the interfluvial area within the village and gradually advancing towards the center.
"Considering that all roads leading to Velyka Novosilka are already cut off, the withdrawal of Ukrainian units in a northwestern direction from the village of Velyka Novosilka to Burlatske is just a matter of time," stated Konstantin Makhovets.
The military expert added that the longer the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hold their defense in Velyka Novosilka, the higher the likelihood of complications during their withdrawal. At the same time, according to the expert, it will be crucial for the Defense Forces of Ukraine to hold Novocheretovatoye, as the occupiers will attempt to influence the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Nova Novosilka from the side of Novo Komar.
